Constitutional and Fundamental and Environmental Rights of Cambodian People

On August 23–24, 2025, the Partnership for Environment and Development (PED) hosted an inspiring training course on “Constitutional and Fundamental Rights of Cambodian Citizens” in Phnom Penh.

Over 20 young participants came together to explore their rights guaranteed by Cambodia’s Constitution — from participating in economic, social, and political livelihood to protecting our environment and natural resources.

This training wasn’t just about theory — it was about empowering youth to understand their role as active citizens, raise their voices, and contribute to building a more just and sustainable society.
